was formed in 2003 by two directors with a wealth of training
and financial services experience.
Based on our history of structured training within a corporate
company environment, we bring the professional training usually
associated with large corporations to businesses ranging from
sole-traders and partnerships to larger limited companies.
We do this by providing an individual consultancy service to
our customers - our company goal is to offer individually tailored
solutions that have a significant positive impact on the way you
do business and the results you achieve.

Jeff Scholes DipNLP
Jeff’s experience spans 20 years in the Financial Services market, including sales and marketing and training design / delivery.
Jeff has a special interest in the psychology of learning, and the core principles evidenced by his NLP practitioner status are reflected in the content of our Sales Skills courses. |

Luiza Todd DipPFS
Luiza has extensive experience in the Financial Services industry, both as a trainer / facilitator and in sales to individuals and corporations.
She is an experienced trainer for the Chartered Insurance Institute and delivers courses covering both the basic and advanced qualifications. |
Both Jeff and Luiza are qualified IPD trainers holding the Certificate in Training Practice. As a result all of BTS’ courses follow the key principles of analysis, design, validation and evaluation which is essential when operating in a regulated environment.
