Diploma in Financial Planning

There are two levels to this qualification: Diploma and Advanced Diploma.

The Diploma is a Level 4 qualification and requires achievement of 140 exam credits with at least 80 of these at Diploma level. There are currently seven units available with 20 credits per unit and one, JO8, with 30 credits.

To achieve the Advanced Diploma 290 credits are required.

CII Diploma Support

Diploma workshops from Bespoke Training Solutions are designed to assist individuals with their exam preparation. They concentrate on areas in the CII course books that could be written in a foreign language as they appear so difficult to understand!

How to maximise Diploma exam success chances?

• Study the CII course book prior to attending the BTS workshop
• The  workshops clarify areas that learners frequently struggle with but do not remove the need for personal study of the CII course book prior to attendance
• Highlight areas you are struggling with to ensure clarification on the day
• Use as many practice questions in the run up to the exam itself

What support are we offering for the April 2010 CII exam sittings?

The experiences of the last 12 months have shown us that advisors need more support in order to maximise their chances of CII Diploma exam success. BTS is therefore offering a greater variety of support options in terms of a menu approach. Advisors can choose the amount of support they require taking into account their own needs and preferred learning styles.
