How we help businesses

BTS has been supporting businesses to provide effective level 4 learning and development programmes since 2004. We work with businesses of all sizes; from smaller practices requiring individualised study plans for small groups of learners, to large academy training programmes with multiple cohorts of trainee advisers.

We work with you and your team to develop a tailored package of support to suit the study needs of your trainees. This can include:

BTS versions of the R0 study guides, written in plain English, to support candidate self-study. Available in a choice of digital or printed formats.
Bespoke group training for both stand alone units and full Diploma academy timetables.
CPDSO accredited E-Learning modules for R01 – R05. Can be packaged as a bespoke corporate training portal for multiple users to access the suite of online R0 revision courses.
One to one support for individuals needing additional personalised coaching.
Specimen practice exams closely replicating the exam experience. Available as additional e-Learning exam question sets and via the Study Buddy mobile app.

"In 2019, the first Schroders Personal Wealth Academy launched, with an intake of twenty dedicated trainee advisers. BTS delivered the regulated exam study support throughout the 18-month programme of study, taking trainee advisers through the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

Using a combination of the BTS study materials and timetabled workshops the ATA's achieved fantastic results, with 100% first time pass rates achieved on the R01, R05 and R04 examinations.

"BTS have worked with True Potential for the last four years providing level 4 support to four cohorts of employees so far (now on our 5th cohort).

TP use the whole BTS approach; learners start with the study guides, then have F2F/remote workshops finally completing exam style questions practice using R0 Study Buddy app. Results have been consistently excellent, 100% pass rates for R01, almost 100% for R05, R02, 3, 4 and 6 with pass rates ranging from 80-100%.

"When I joined Joslin Rhodes I wanted to look at another way in which we could support our staff through their professional qualifications; as an alternative approach to the traditional means of study. We were very aware that it is extremely challenging to adequately balance a career and home life without the added pressure of independent study and knew that there had to be a better way.

Around this time, we appointed a new Financial Planner to the team who mentioned that she had attended an intensive session with BTS before sitting her R01 exam and in her words ‘I would never have passed without Luiza’s support’.

"I have two members of staff sitting the RO exams at the moment. It’s fair to say that they struggled making progress with the standard CII books.

Having been introduced to Bespoke Training Solutions I am delighted to say that one colleague passed both RO2 and RO3 first time around.
