Luiza has 35 years’ experience in Learning and Development and the financial services industry (so not much then 🤣). She has been at the helm of BTS for the last 20 years and loves every minute (so she says!) Luiza currently splits her time between Richmond, North Yorkshire, and Royal Wootton Bassett. She is married to David, has three cats Montepulciano (Monty), Malbec (Mali) and Pinot Noir (peenie), and a close-knit family who she adores, including her first granddaughter Maeva 😍.

Jeff has worked in Financial Services for well over 25 years and has a diverse range of experience, including programme & project management & sales & marketing, in addition to training design & delivery. Candidates love working with Jeff because he blends expert knowledge with a fun, friendly & patient approach & has a bit of a passion for tax too!
He is a veritable tax & investment ninja, due to his extensive experience & ability to simplify complex calculations & concepts into easier to understand segments. Just like Luiza, Jeff sits the exams every year to keep his knowledge up to date & to make sure he can continue to deliver the best possible support to BTS candidates.

Alex holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, specialising in lifelong learning and another in Careers Education, specialising in careers guidance for professionals. She leads the BTS Business Support Team to deliver innovative training solutions for individuals and organisations. In her spare time, Alex trains in karate, achieving a black belt in 2023 after starting the sport as an adult. You could say personal development and lifelong learning are her passion!

I work closely with cohorts to organise the academy training delivery and oversee the administrative support the team provides for delegates and our BTS workshops.
I have fourteen years of experience providing tailored support in Learning & Development and Training within financial services.
Having worked alongside Luiza & Jeff for training delivery in a previous role, I was delighted to be given the opportunity to work with them again as a member of BTS.

Having worked in financial services since 2019 & after completing the Regulated Diploma in financial planning through BTS, Nikita realised that she has a passion for learning & development & assisting individuals with overcoming obstacles & self-doubt.
On a day to day basis, Nikita supports candidates by providing advice on qualification options & study pathways, delivering presentations & webinars and much, much more.
Outside of her role, Nikita enjoys spending time with her family & friends, & is kept occupied by her little boy & very energetic dog. Nikita also enjoys trying new experiences, having recently completed her first skydive!

Howard is new to the Financial Services sector but has over 30 years’ experience Administration, Customer Service and Data Storage Management. As part of his role, Howard will be taking the R05 course to see what the BTS experience is like from a client’s point of view and providing critical feedback where necessary!

Leona is a creative at heart, coming from a Surface Pattern Design degree background and running an online greeting card design business. She now enjoys balancing this with helping to bring BTS to life through creating product imagery, articles and helping with the design and development of the BTS and Careers Zone websites in a balanced and consistent way. She loves getting out and about in nature with her dog Luna and foraging in the Welsh countryside!

My role at BTS is Business Support, I work part-time and help support the other members of the BTS team with the daily tasks.
I started working for BTS in March 2022 and enjoy being part of the BTS family.
Outside of work, I love most of the simple things in life, dining out, theatre shows, gardening and not forgetting, taking my beautiful Shih-Tzu, Kiki, for a daily walk.
