The Discretionary Investment Management paper helps you build skills in wealth and portfolio management for effective discretionary investing. J10 questions check your understanding of different securities, their risks, and markets, and your ability to use this knowledge to make investment recommendations. You must also be able to analyse information and draw logical conclusions.
The exam lasts 2 hours and includes 70 multiple choice questions plus four case studies, with five questions each. In 2024, the national pass rate was 91%.
