Chloe Phillips is a Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the Personal Finance Society. Chloe, who fell into the profession 15 years ago, began her career in pension administration at a well-known life office, before progressing into paraplanning, where she quickly became a manager of a small team. A period of reflection led Chloe to pivot roles and become a client-facing Financial Planner in July 2021, where she provides peace of mind to her clients. In January 2021, she co-founded the Paraplanner Club with Sian Davies-Cole. As a mentor herself, Chloe is passionate about helping others enter the profession as she knows how much a mentor would have meant to her in the early years of her career and at pivotal times so far.
Emmelia Davidson-Slack started her professional career in banking, with a major UK retail bank. After having children, she decided she wanted to explore other career options and soon developed an interest in financial planning after seeking advice herself. Emmelia, whilst managing a young family, completed her training and now holds a diploma in Financial Planning with the CII. She continues her learning journey to become chartered. She is also a Personal Finance Society’s New Professionals Officer, looking to support those new to the financial services industry.
Tamsin Caine is a Fellow of the PFS, Chartered Financial Planner and Resolution Accredited Divorce Specialist, and Director of Financial Planning at Smart Financial. Tamsin is also a trainer of soft skills working to support financial planners to develop the skills needed to build an effective long term relationship with their clients.
